Please allow up to 3/4 weeks for the product to be shipped, unless otherwise indicated in the product description as each garment is handmade, consequently each process is different and requires different times.
PAYMENTS
payments can be made in any possible way through wix payments
REIMBURSEMENT
the refund can be made within 14 days of receipt of the product, and the shipping costs are charged to the customer
